Shipping Policy
Giving Hood does not guarantee exact shipping times on any purchase due to the fact that we work with a variety of providers in a variety of locations. We will provide you with a tracking number as soon as your order as shipped, as long as the supplier shipping method provides one (90% of the time it will). Although we do not assume personal responsibility for damages to items during transit we do have a return policy for damaged products which can be seen below.
Return & Exchange Policy
Giving Hood Inc does not take responsibility for items damaged in transit, and wants to make it clear that some items may not be exactly as displayed on product pages. Sometimes there is discrepancies and these particular issues are the fault of suppliers. If you have any such issues please reach out to us with the details, not only so that we can make it right but so we can avoid working with the supplier any further. Giving Hood aims to provide quality products with transparent descriptions and photographs on purchase.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase you may contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a refund, we want to make it clear that giving hood does not cover return shipping, in some cases it is available from the supplier but this is on a case to case basis. Return items must be intact and in brand new condition with all packaging to be considered applicable for a refund. If you would like to request a refund please contact support@givinghood.ca with your order number, details of why the refund is being requested, and photos of the items and packaging. A decision will be made based on our set guidelines on our judgement. We will provide you with a decision within 14 business days and if your request is confirmed we will contact you with directions to return the item.

If your Item arrives broken, please take photographs immediately and contact us within 5 business days of delivery. If we deem that the item is eligible for a damage return, the return shipping will be covered by Giving Hood.
